Shipping policy
1. Areas covered
We ship exclusively within Europe (EU and EFTA countries, plus the United Kingdom).
2. Processing and delivery times
Order processing: within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery in Europe: estimated at 3–7 working days, depending on destination and courier.
3. Shipping costs
Costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the order value:
Italy: €7 (free for orders of €100 or more)
Rest of Europe: €15 for orders under €100; €10 for orders from €100 to €199.99
4. Free shipping
Italy: free for orders of €100 or more
Europe: free for orders of €200 or more
5. Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped, so you can follow your parcel.
6. Check on arrival
On delivery, please check that the parcel is not damaged or tampered with. If it is, you can sign with reservation and inform our customer service immediately.
7. Liability and VAT
In accordance with EU regulations and the IOSS scheme:
VAT and duties do not apply to intra-EU or EFTA shipments.
The price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes, thanks to the OSS/IOSS scheme.
8. Customs charges
Shipments within the European Union are not subject to duties or customs charges.
For all orders outside the EU (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), duties or customs charges may apply depending on the destination country and are borne by the Customer.
