Refund policy

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without giving any reason, within 30 (thirty) days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform TOLEDO 72 S.r.l. (registered office: Via Arcora Provinciale 110, Casalnuovo di Napoli, Italy - email: servizioclienti@toledo72.it) of their decision by means of an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, an email, or any other written means).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the 30-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, all payments received from the Customer will be refunded, excluding delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery fees, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which TOLEDO 72 is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. The refund is withheld until the goods have been received or until the Customer provides proof of having returned them, whichever comes first.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 30-day period expires. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Once the goods have been received, TOLEDO 72 will check that they have not been tampered with, altered or damaged in a way that compromises their future resale. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the Customer at the company's expense, without issuing a refund.

Delivery with special instructions

If the Customer gives the courier special delivery instructions (for example: leave the parcel outside the door, on a wall, with a neighbour or in another unattended place), TOLEDO 72 cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or failed delivery once the courier confirms delivery according to the instructions received.

From that moment on, responsibility for the parcel is deemed to have passed to the Customer, even if the Customer is absent or unable to receive it in person.

Return of free gifts

For orders over 100 euros that include promotional gifts (e.g. at least 6 samples of 2 ml), these samples must also be returned together with the products being returned.

Otherwise, TOLEDO 72 reserves the right to withhold a flat amount of €30.00 (estimated value of the gifts) from the refund due.

Additional costs and fees

The refund will be made net of any other costs or fees incurred by TOLEDO 72 in connection with the sale and payment (e.g. PayPal fees, cash on delivery, etc.).

Customs duties and import taxes

For all shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance costs are borne by the Customer. These charges are not included in the order price and, where applicable, must be paid on delivery according to the procedures of the courier or the local customs authorities.
